Uniform Exchange Policy

At Al Karamah Boutique, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with high - quality uniforms. If for any reason you need to exchange a uniform item, please refer to the following policy guidelines:

1. Eligibility:

Uniform items are eligible for exchange within 10 calendar days from the date of order shipment or 7 calendar days from the date of pick up. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the uniform item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, an d with all original tags attached.

2 . Exchange Process: All uniforms can be duly exchanged for a different product (uniform or regular Abaya or for store credit valid for future purchase. If a uniform item doesn’t fit, we will gladly exchange the unifor m item for a different size, or style based on availability. If the desired item is not available, you can choose an alternative item or receive store credit.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at salam@alkaramahboutique.com and provide your order d ate, Parent’s first and last name, and parent’s cell phone number. Our customer service team will assist you in processing the exchange and guide you through the necessary steps. Al Karamah reserves the right to refuse exchange of an order where the produ ct is noted to have been used or damaged.

3 . Your feedback is valuable to us :
We kindly request that you specify the reason for the exchange. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.

4 . Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a def ective or damaged uniform item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

5 . Exemptions: Personalized or customized uniform items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Uniform items purchased during clearance sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Return shipping and Customer Responsibilities: If the items are being shipped, kindly en sure that items for exchange are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. For exchanges, the original item must be returned before the replacement item is provided. Al Karamah reserves the right to refuse exchange of an order where the product is noted to have been used or damaged.
